I havent studyed at a academy, but I have studyed at a sort of "pre-academy" artschool for 2 years. after that Ive been painting on my own, learning through studys of the old masters work ect. I dont want to study at an academy unless thay can teach me some painting techniques and more classical artschool stuff not the modern "mumbo-jumbo" psuedo-intellectuall crap thay spend time with on todays artschools

Sometimes I use photographs and/or other pieces of art. But for the bigger projects I kind of just work my way through to the final stage, with the help of various duudles I make..... Some paintings I finish in one sitting and other I can't finish at all, so I don't really have a stedy work schedule, and like you can already quess the ones that are fast to do I just know that their complete, and the ones I can't finish well, they probably will never become complete.... Thanks for your comments and happy painting...

Hey there, thanks so much for coming by to leave some nice words about my work. Yeah, I've gone through a large evolution with my work - starting with figurative studies, and getting further and further into abstraction. I don't want to get 100% into abstraction, but will be working to keep imagery that resembles some sort of idea that people can understand.
I think a lot of your work is good painting, but I think it could be presented a little differently - such as better photos of your work and some frames perhaps. It's always nice to get a professional looking site. I'm curious about some details in your paintings - such as where your references are from, how long you work on one piece, and even some of the processes you go through before you consider a painting complete. Please, fill me in. Thanks again.
